FAQ about the subscription
Do I need to enter my credit card information to sign up?
No, MyCOMMERCE is conveniently paid for via an annual invoice. The invoice will be sent to you by mail.
How often will I be charged?
You will be billed once a year.
Can I change my subscription later?
Yes, you can upgrade your subscription at any time. To do so, fill out the following form: https://www.help.mycommerce.ch/upgrade
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at the end of the contract period, but no later than 30 days before the end of the contract period. To do so, fill out this form.
Can I pay the MyCOMMERCE invoice in instalments?
The total amount is due upon receipt of the invoice. Monthly billing or instalment payments are unfortunately not possible.
Do I receive a receipt for a paid subscription?
You will receive a receipt via email after purchase.
Do you offer discounts for multiple stores?
Not currently, but you can create multiple MyCOMMERCE shops for yourself or your customers. You just need to use different email addresses.

Which POS system can be connected to MyCOMMERCE?
Our professional subscription currently includes integration with an international POS system: Vend.
However, we also offer our own POS solution under the product name MyCASH, which provides hardware as needed and also enables label printing. MyCASH is currently not available in combination with MyCOMMERCE, but should be integrated into MyCOMMERCE this year. Can I connect MyCOMMERCE to an ERP system?
This option is not currently available. However, in the medium term, we plan to integrate an ERP solution into MyCOMMERCE.
Can I use dropshipping with my MyCOMMERCE shop?
This option isn’t currently available. However, we plan to integrate a dropshipping solution into MyCOMMERCE in the medium term.
Design and layout:
Can I set up a multi-page website with MyCOMMERCE?
This isn’t possible, but MyCOMMERCE is a shop widget and can therefore be integrated into any website. As an entry-level alternative, MyCOMMERCE offers a free website (one-pager).
Can I offer a multilingual shop with MyCOMMERCE?
The MyCOMMERCE customer account (customer backend area) can be accessed in multiple languages.
Multilingualism includes the products listed in the online shop, for which the corresponding texts must be translated into multiple languages, including the three national languages.
The integrated website (online shop homepage) is not included.
To operate the online shop multilingually, it must be integrated into a multilingual website. The corresponding language version of the integrated products is then automatically displayed based on the language settings of the browser of visitors to the website with the integrated shop.
Important note: The free website currently does not offer the option of translating the content into different languages. In this context, it is therefore recommended to integrate the MyCOMMERCE product catalogue into a multilingual website.

Are there additional fees when concluding a contract with one of the offered payment service providers?
MyCOMMERCE does not charge any fees for connecting to Payrexx, PayPal, or Datatrans. You must contact the respective payment providers directly regarding transaction fees. A corresponding list is not available in our Help Center. Please also read the answer regarding Twint.
How can I integrate the payment method “credit card”?
With Payrexx: You need your own Payrexx account.
With PayPal: You need your own PayPal account.
With Datatrans: You need a contract with both a credit card company (SIX Payment Services or Concardis) and the payment service provider “Datatrans.”
How can I integrate the payment method “Twint”?
Currently, the integration of the Twint payment method is possible via the payment service providers Payrexx or Datatrans. Further information on integration can be found in our help centre at the following link: https://www.help.mycommerce.ch/einrichtung/zahlungen/payrexx
Can I customise the MyCOMMERCE invoice template to my liking?
You can edit the invoice template with the Standard subscription or higher. For more detailed information on how to do this, see the following Help Center article: https://www.help.mycommerce.ch/verwalten/auftragsverwaltung/personalisieren-von-rechnungen

How can I add product images to a CSV file and import it into my MyCOMMERCE shop?
Upload your images to an image hosting service, such as Imgur, and then paste the image URLs into your CSV file. This method is primarily suitable for importing main product images. You can upload additional images using the “Bulk Gallery Upload” app, which is available for free download in your MyCOMMERCE account under Applications.
Can I also import product combinations with MyCOMMERCE?
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to import product combinations. These must be created manually in your MyCOMMERCE account.
Does MyCOMMERCE offer the possibility to import different languages per product?
Very individual requirements within the scope of the import, such as a multilingual import, cannot be covered by MyCOMMERCE.

How can I display the product price including VAT?
To display VAT, prices should be entered net in the tool, as VAT is automatically calculated. Alternatively, you can specify the VAT rate in the product description and specify in the tax settings that the item prices are displayed including tax.
What are electronic products?
Electronic products are digital products such as audio books.
Can I also sell electronic products with MyCOMMERCE?

Is there a certain upload limit for electronic products?
Each MyCOMMERCE subscription has its own upload limit:
- Starter – 100MB per file (max. 100 products)
- Standard – 1GB per file (max. 2500 products)
- Professional – 10GB per file (max. unlimited products)
Does MyCOMMERCE allow the application of tiered pricing or volume discounts?
The Product Combinations function, which is available from MyCOMMERCE Standard, enables automatic price adjustment when customers select products.
Can I offer items for pre-order with MyCOMMERCE?

What does MyCOMMERCE support consist of?
The MyCOMMERCE Support Team is available to help you if you get stuck or can’t find the feature you need.
Email support is included with the Starter subscription. With MyCOMMERCE Standard and Professional subscriptions, you can also request a callback from our support team.
What are the opening hours of MyCOMMERCE Support?
The MyCOMMERCE Support Team is available Monday – Friday during regular working hours.
MyCOMMERCE & MyWEBSITE:
What is the support like for MyCOMMERCE and MyWEBSITE?
MyCOMMERCE is a do-it-yourself product, meaning you manage your shop account independently. The support team will provide assistance via email or callback (depending on your subscription) if you get stuck.
MyWEBSITE is a guided product. Your consultant will create the website for you and is available via hotline and email.
How does the integration of the MyCOMMERCE shop catalog into a MyWEBSITE work?
There are several ways to integrate a shop into your MyWEBSITE: either as an external link or as a direct integration.
To do this, you must provide your MyWEBSITE consultant with the relevant information.
